Upper Playground’s Store & Gallery location in the PDX Arts District is hosting opening night of The SPB T-Shirt Museum. This show celebrates 29 years of gang T-shirts and prints. Rumor has it: “A MIND-BLOWING, LIMITED-EDITION, SPB PDX 2020 MERCH DESIGN DROPS THAT NIGHT.”
